These Terms of Service govern the use of the Stamply mobile application and associated website (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Stamply. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
2. Description of the Service
Stamply is an infinite photo canvas application allowing users to place, organize, and share photos as stamps on a shareable grid. The Service is accessible via the iOS mobile application and the website for viewing shared grids.
3. Registration and account
Using Stamply may require creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you publish on Stamply. By publishing content, you grant Stamply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute this content for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to publish illegal, offensive content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (brand, logo, design, source code) are the exclusive property of Stamply. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
6. Liability
Stamply strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service but shall not be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
7. Modifications to the Terms
Stamply reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Stamply reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
